Cancellations due to weather:
Mother nature may upset our plans due to heavy rain, storms or wind. There is no
cancellation penalty fee. Our Captain will determine if weather conditions are
unsafe. The harbor has a micro climate it may be heavy rain where you are and
clear and sunny in the harbor or vis versa. So please call, do not assume you
are cancelled.
Late Cancellations:
Penalty of 10% of your booking rate if you cancel after June 25th, 2008, no
penalty if the Fireworks are cancelled due to weather.
Balance must be paid by June 25th, 2008. Balance is
100% refundable if the Fireworks are cancelled due to weather. Checks or Money
Orders only.
This is an Application for a Reservation.
Not all applications will be accepted.
If your application is not accepted, your deposit will returned. If your
application is accepted you will be notified via email.
IMPORTANT! READ THIS:
Do not apply if you are not social, don't like people! We
will provide grilled food, snacks and soft drinks for our guests. If you arrive
by vehicle you must be at the Marina before 11AM. This will be a 4th of July
Celebration. Any alcoholic beverages you most bring yourself. You can also
bring any other snacks or food you like. Remember to share.
The itinerary will be food and sailing in the afternoon. Then
motoring to our viewing area for the greatest fireworks on the east coast.
Plan on making it a very full day. Full of fun, new friends,
fireworks and, of course, sailing!

Please
send in along with this signed reservation form, 10% of the total of your
Fireworks booking cost. We accept only
cash, checks or
money orders. The balance will be
due by June 25th, 2007 .
All cancellations after June 20th, 2007, will be subject to a cancellation
fee of 10% of the total of the bookings.
If the Macy's Fireworks are cancelled or we are unable to get on the water due to the weather or harbor
restrictions you will receive a full refund of both your deposit and
charter. (
Our guest are allowed to bring whatever
prepared food or drink they would like. Any alcohol can only be consumed
responsibly by individuals 21 years of age or older. No recreational
drugs. We suggest you also bring a camera and a light jacket just incase
it becomes a little cool in the evening. (I know it's July but it's better
